CSR is a term that gets used a lot in business these days, but what actually is it?
What does it mean?
How can it benefit an organisation?
And finally, what role does FM have to play in it?
About this course
This course will examine the fundamentals of CSR, what it’s all about and why it is generally seen as a benefit to an organisation’s operations. CSR natuarally goes hand-in-hand with facilities management, so it’s a critical concept to get your head round.
The term ‘CSR’ is often used synonymously with ‘Sustainability’, but although sustainability is an important part of CSR, there’s actually a lot more to it. This course will explore the elements that make up CSR, why they are important for an organisation to consider and how they impact the role of the facilities manager.
