But what is a stakeholder? And is there a difference between clients, customers and users are or they just different words for the same thing? Spoiler alert – they’re not the same!
About this course
In this course, we’ll explore the meaning of the term ‘stakeholder’ and introduce you to the different types of stakeholder. We’ll also look at the difference between the client, the customer and other users and how they interact with each other, the FM department and the services provided by the facilities manager.
