Managing FM Budgets is a critical part of the facilities manager’s role, and is an activity that you may well be exposed to even at a fairly early stage in your career. It is therefore vital that you have an understanding of the importance of managing budgets effectively how exactly to do it.

This course will consider methods of managing both the OPEX and CAPEX budgets and the advantages that come with effective budget management. We will also take a look at SMART objectives and how we can use them to complement our budget management efforts.
