In this course, we’ll cover all of the above questions and more. You’ll learn about the difference between core business and support services, and you’ll find out more about how FM fits within the context of an organisation.

We’ll also introduce the idea of outsourcing, a key concept in facilities management, and learn how an understanding of core business and support services can help make decisions when it comes to outsourcing in FM.

Finally, we’ll take a brief look at the unique opportunities available to Facilities Managers to generate additional revenue for the organisation.
