About this course

This course will examine the fundamentals of CSR, what it’s all about and why it is generally seen as a benefit to an organisation’s operations. CSR natuarally goes hand-in-hand with facilities management, so it’s a critical concept to get your head round.

The term ‘CSR’ is often used synonymously with ‘Sustainability’, but although sustainability is an important part of CSR, there’s actually a lot more to it.
