Step 1. Enrol

After enrolment, you’ll receive immediate access to the Xenon Academy, our online learning portal.
We’ll kick things off by supplying your induction materials, which show you how everything works.

Once we’ve received your payment, the full course content will unlock in your Academy account.

Step 2. Work Through the Units

Your qualification is made up of individual units.

The number depends on whether you’re studying for an Award, Certificate or Diploma.

  • Each unit has a PDF workbook with everything you need — no extra books or subscriptions required.
  • Each unit includes a pre-recorded webinar in the Academy as an alternative way to learn.

Study at your own pace. Pause, replay and revisit any time.

Step 3. Complete Assignments

When you’ve finished a unit, you can request the written assignment through the Academy.

It’s similar to an essay but includes clear guidance on what to cover.

  • Submit your work through the Academy for tutor feedback.
  • Make any updates and resubmit until it meets the assessment criteria.
  • Once signed off, you can move on to the next unit.
