About this course

We’ll be taking a close look at the official IWFM definition of facilities management and what it really means. We’ll then go beyond the official definition to really get a grasp on what FM actually is. Finally, we’ll consider FM as a strategic management discipline – much more than just chasing cleaners and engineers around a building – and consider aspects of the discipline including service delivery, property, maintenance and CSR.
